Daniel Hascall is the 6th subject in A Noble Company, volume 8.

Hascall (1782-1852) was widely revered for his evangelical and educational accomplishments. For sixteen years he had held a professorship at his beloved Hamilton Institution and the school was never far from his thoughts after he left it. “He was ready to become a servant to all,” recalled Seymour Adams, “if he might thereby push forward an enterprize which he firmly believed to be of God, and not of man.
