Chapter 9 = Rock Spring Theological and High School established

In Chapter 9 of our forthcoming book = John Mason and Sarah Paine Peck: Missionaries Extraordinaire, by Myron Dillow = Peck establishes the Rock Spring Theological and High School. Below is a quote from the chapter detailing the students' schedules:

"Generally, eight hours shall be allowed for sleep, one hour for meals, one hour for religious duties, six hours in the presence of the faculty in studies and recitations, one hour in attending in personal concerns, two hours to labour and the remaining four hours shall be employed in reading, speaking pieces, debating, writing compositions, singing, hearing lectures, etc. All of these exercises were to be regulated by the Faculty."

Wow! What could be accomplished each day with this schedule!
